Zayar Aliyar – Massage Therapist
Zayar is a deep tissue massage therapist. He has been in professional practice for many years. Zayar graduated from Robertson College with a 2,300-hour diploma in massage therapy. He pursued advanced training in Suction Cupping therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Neurofascial Reset (RAPID) and Percussive therapy, which expanded his skillset. The combination of techniques and an intuitive approach to his treatments sets his sessions apart from conventional massage therapy. He bases his sessions on area specific and treatment focused manual therapy with which one can achieve the best possible outcomes. He uses techniques like manual stretching, myofascial treatment, acupressure, functional muscle releases and suction cupping. With a long-term goal in mind, his approach to treatments helps you cope with most conditions that cause body pains and restrictions. He has successfully treated conditions like neck and shoulder pain, headaches, migraines, low back and hip pain, sciatica, whiplash injuries, arm and leg pain, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and TMJ issues. Zayar is a family man with three young children.
